Q: “What is SDD?"
BYKAÉNOMIE offers only high quality SDD raw Vietnamese hair. SDD means: Super Double Drawn. That means the bundle has 80-85% of the same length's hair. In other words thick hair till the ends.
Q: “What is Raw Vietnamese hair?”
Raw hair is 100% unprocessed hair that is collected from one donor. It has never been chemically processed. This hair comes directly from Vietnam. It is cut off from a donor's head, followed by a weft, and then cleanse. Raw Vietnamese hair is very natural looking and blends very well with your own natural hair.
Q: “How long does the hair last?”
Our raw Vietnamese hair can last up to 5 year or longer if u take proper care of the hair.
Q: “How many donor is this hair?”
This hair is from 1 single donor.
Q: “Can I color my hair?”
Yes, you can even bleach the hair up to the color 613. We do suggest having a professional color.
Q: “How much does each bundle weight?”
Each bundle weighs 100 grams
Q: “How many bundles do we recommend?”
For inches 10-16" we suggest 2-3 bundles, 18-28 inch 3 bundles, and 30-40" 4-5 bundles.
Q: “Is this hair high maintenance?”
No, It isn't! We recommend that you treat this hair like your real hair. Shampoo it and deep condition it at least 2x a month. Avoid using heavy products that weighs the hair down.
Q: "What is steamed hair?"
Asian women naturally have straight hair. It hardly happens that they have a wavy-structure in their hair. The price of this structure is super high. Thats why we offer steamed hair structures, such as: body wave, natural wave, deep wave, etc. The hair is styled through a steaming process. This steaming process is neither chemical and not harmful to the hair. Because no chemicals are used and the hair is only steamed to the structure does the structure sag after combing or washing.
Policy & Shipping Questions
Q: “How long does shipping take?”
We are based in the Netherlands.
The shipping time is 1-3 working days.
EU and other continents 5-10 working days.
Q: “Do we ship worldwide?”
Yes, we do.
Q: “When will I receive the tracking information?”
Your tracking information will be emailed on the day that your order ships out. You will receive the tracking information on the email used at check-out. So, you will not receive a tracking number as soon as your order is placed.
Q: “Can I also pick up the hair?”
Yes thats possible, but we must be contacted in advance. A deposit will always have to be made for this. WE DON’T DO ANY RESERVATIONS ON HAIR WITHOUT A DEPOSIT.
Q: “Can I change/cancel my order?”
Unfortunately order modifications are not accepted after the order is submitted.
Q: “My package is lost/stolen can I get a refund?”

BYKAÉNOMIE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE For any lost/stolen items. After an order is in the hands of DHL/UPS/POSTNL, we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packaging.
Please contact your local post office if you do encounter any problems. Please make sure your address is correct at check out, as we are not responsible for making sure this is correct. We are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address. If package is return, you are responsible for paying the shipping fee again.
Q: “Return and exchange policy”
We strive to have every customer fall in-love with their units and bundles. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake made on our behalf. We will immediately make the change to correct it beside that no refunds all sales are final.
Hair that has already been used, opened, washed and is no longer in its original condition will of course not be accepted.
Q: “What if the bundles I want are out of stock?”
NO STOCK IS NO STOCK, WE DO NOT DO DROPSHIPPING.
We buy in bulk and not separate orders. If there is a color that is long out of stock, you can make a request by sending an email and the entire amount must be paid. processing time really differs by period. This would be discussed personally but count on 5 weeks.
Q: "What if my package arrives damaged?"
If the package arrived damaged, please send a clear photo of the packaging with the name and the damaged product. Contact PostNL first because we do not deal with this.
